In its first year in 2016 the Samphire Festival is a crowdfunded Somerset-based event which has an eco-friendly ethos and plans to create an intimate party atmosphere. The event is billed as family friend and brings in the spirit of Somerset with local drinks and food, as well as being named after the local delicacy that grows nearby among the marshes.
