The Feel Good Festival

A family-friendly festival with the aim of bringing together local people to share their expertise and showcase what they have to offer for health and well-being through fun activities, classes, stalls, workshops and therapies.

Based near Carlisle at the beautiful and stunning Kirklinton Hall. Held on the Weekend of the 14th, 15th and 16th of June, this Family Health and Wellbeing Festival promises to create a memorable weekend through participation in a range of activities and workshops. Featuring yoga, Pilates, Chi Kung, mindfulness, dance, drumming, therapists on site, forest school and entertainment. “Branch Out” forest school sessions are also available for young children.

After a day in the fields and exploring the grounds of Kirklinton Hall you can spend the evenings listening to live music; local acts such as singer songwriter Melanie Baker, Beth Florence, Dawn Foster and a number of other acts.

Wholesome and hearty food stalls will provide food throughout the day while the onsite bar will provide that additional opportunity to truly relax and enjoy the ambience of Feel Good.

Feel Good really is set to do just that “Make you feel Good”; a beautiful location, exercise, fun, laughter music and food, this weekend is all about you. So, join the crowds at Kirklinton Hall for this exciting and unique, Cumbrian wellness event.
