Added to the Poetry Arena this year is Andy Bennett Andy Bennett has been performing stand up poetry for half a decade, around East Anglia and at Fringes and Festivals across the country. He’s starting to think he might be getting quite good at it. His wilfully shambolic style belies a cerebral and acerbic wit, and an honest and celebratory approach to life and performance. Andy writes poems that, two hundred years ago, would have got him rusticated. Andy also likes the word ‘rusticated’ a little more than a man should.
