Groove Armada present Red Light, Zane Lowe and Beardyman head-up Friday night at Relentless Energy Drink Freeze Festival. First acts confirmed for Friday night at the UK’s biggest winter sports and music event. Taking place on October 28th-29th at

Headliners Groove Armada DJ’s will be bringing their critically-acclaimed new ‘Red Light’ sound and visuals show to the main stage as part of a series of exciting gigs on their current tour.  Renowned for their floor-filling tracks such as Paper Romance, Get Down and Superstylin  - The new Red Light ‘decks n FX’ show will attract an army of fans who can expect a mind-blowing performance from two of the best DJ’s in the business - a set ‘rooted in the warehouse delivered stadium style.’

Groove Armada said about their appearance at the upcoming event: "Back in the very beginning, it was opposite Battersea Power Station that we used to board the GA boat parties. So it feels right to be just across the river when we turn on the Red Light in London for the first time. Red Light is a 4 decks + fx version of the ultimate free party. The power station is the ultimate warehouse. Standby."

Joining them on the dance line-up for Friday night is DJ Zane Lowe. Dedicated to new music, the Kiwi is renowned for having his finger on the pulse of the music scene; finding the hottest new acts. Zane’s enthusiastic and fast-paced DJ set will raise the roof at this year’s Freeze Festival.

Also on the bill for Friday is award-winning MC, Beardyman whose phenomenal beatbox skills, leftfield sense of humour and incredible musicality have made him an act not to be missed.  Beardyman will bring the unique style that has seen him take home a slew of beatbox awards and crew of dedicated fans when he takes over the main stage at Battersea Power Station on the 28th October.

In addition to the music, the event will also see the world’s best skiers and snowboarders competing on the specially erected 100m long, 32m high real snow kicker, which for two days becomes an iconic site in London’s skyline. The riders will be hurling themselves down the huge jump, performing their best tricks for world ranking points and a share of the prize purse.  Last year saw Brits Paddy Graham in the freestyle skiing and Billy Morgan in snowboarding take victory in the Battle of Britain competition beneath the iconic Battersea Power Station towers.
