BoomTown Fair Chapter 8 - Mayfair District Lineup Announcement!

Festival Crowd Header

Fresh off the back of BoomTown’s first major headliner release and OldTown district announcement, the festival has unleashed the full bill for its Mayfair district.

Joining previously announced scene-leaders Parov Stelar, Molotov Jukebox and The Correspondents (Live Band) on the Town Centre stage is the big band/big bass sound of Dutty Moonshine Big Band. At the centre of the Mayfair action is The Ballroom, one of the longest established BoomTown venues and populated by the high-rolling city elite. Among those setting things off here is French vintage remix heavy-hitters Smokey Joe & The Kid featuring British hip-hop hero Mystro, UK electro-swing 6-piece Electric Swing Circus, Italian swingers The Sweet Life Society, the unmistakeable Balkan stomp of Bristolian favourites The Carny Villains and dastardly duo Big Swing Sound featuring Hypeman Sage.

Elsewhere on Mayfair Avenue, The Bandstand is the place to hear all manner of brass band deviations, including Sheffield funk 8-piece Renegade Brass Band, the Bronx hip-hop inspired, New Orleans-tinged, North Walian attitude of Llareggub Brass Band, and the UK-meets-Louisiana vibes of Brass Funkeys and Temple Funk Collective.
