The Lumineers have returned with an epic comeback which has knocked Adele off the No.1 Album spot in the Official UK Charts!

After three years of touring and writing music, following on from their platinum selling self-titled debut, 'The Lumineers', the band's incredible follow up album, 'Cleopatra', is today the UK's official No.1 selling album and has been met with acclaim from critics and fans alike.

The band has returned with not only a sensational second album, but have reignited their status as one of the best bands in the live arena, proven by their headline UK tour which sold out in less than 24 hours.

Wesley Shultz comments, "We want to give a massive thank you to all the fans for their loyalty and support for the new album. We are humbled and grateful for all of the love in the UK. It is always one of our favourite places to perform live. We are so excited for this tour and upcoming festivals."

The album is set to also take the No.1 spot in the US, while internationally is soaring high in the charts in Canada, Australia, Ireland, Norway and New Zealand, to name just a few territories.

This summer will see them third from headline at the main stage at Latitude and return for the Sunset performance on The Other stage at Glastonbury, where the band are excited to relive their show-stopping performance in 2013.
