Madness to play NEW Album at House of Fun Weekende

Madness are going to be showcasing their brand new, as yet untitled, tenth studio album, in all its glory during one of their two scheduled sets at the House of Fun Weekender

With a line-up covering all bases from the cutting edge to the well-known and loved Madness’s House of Fun Weekender at Butlins Minehead is already set to be one of the musical highlights of 2011. Things, however, are about to get even better as Madness announce that they will be showcasing their brand new, as yet untitled, tenth studio album, in all its glory during one of their two scheduled sets over the weekend of 25th to 27th November.

Currently riding a purple patch of creativity that saw their previous album ‘The Liberty of Norton Folgate’ gaining universal critical praise and widespread public acclaim, the band are still in the studio working on the next eagerly anticipated album which isn’t due for release for some time. But, as with ‘The Liberty of Norton Folgate’ which the band performed at legendary shows at the Hackney Empire a full year before its release, Madness will be giving their brand new album tracks an early airing in their embryonic state especially for the House of Fun Weekender audience. Practice makes perfect!

Revealing the heart of the Madness creative process live and direct at a knees-up by the seaside just for you, anything could happen with the Nutty Boys. All we really know is that they never disappoint when it comes to putting on a show!

More confirmed on the line up are Beardyman, Maverick Sabre, The Cuban Brothers, Rob da Bank, Mr Scruff, Jaguar Skills, Toddla T and many more. For more info on booking and entertainment click here.
