Boardmasters is stoked to announce this year’s line-up for the BBC Introducing Cornwall Stage

Showcasing the most exciting rising stars and undiscovered homegrown talent, the stage has been carefully curated by Boardmasters and BBC Introducing Cornwall to bring three days of new music. Don’t miss out, Boardmasters takes place from 9-13 August and tickets are on sale NOW via the Boardmasters website.

Twenty-one acts will take to the all-new BBC Introducing Cornwall Stage at Watergate over three days, the perfect place to soak up the best new music, all hailing from the Cornish coast. Bands and artists who’ll be taking to the BBC Introducing Cornwall Stage include The Velvet Hands who unveiled new single ‘Sick Of Living’ this year, Truro’s The Rezner and alt-rockers Lilium. Other acts include Chay Snowden, Local Nobodies, Oh Majester, Even Nine, The Raise, Mildred Maude, Arbour, Night Motor, Ennor and much more.

BBC Introducing Cornwall supports local talent that is unsigned and yet-to-be discovered, helping to bring them from under the radar to the attention of listeners throuhhout the county and beyond. Its Saturday night show on BBC Cornwall radio promotes up-and-coming artists each week and this partnership with Boardmasters offers a platform for new artists to get their music out there in front of festivalgoers from around the world.
