Skrillex and more added to UKF Bass Culture at Ale

Without doubt one of the hottest tickets in London this year, UKF Bass Culture has enjoyed incredible support from bass heads the world over. Skrillex is another massive DJ confirmed alongside a massive line up including Chase & Status and Nero.

He is the talk of the world right now. A musical phenomenon who in the space of just a few months has gone onto cause global mayhem and become one of the most sought after acts in electronic music. Yes we are talking about the one-and-only Skrillex. Describing his sound as "a mix of dubstep, electro and glitch all thrown together", Skrillex’s infamous live shows have been more akin to a heavy metal concert than an electronic act, with huge mosh pits and stage diving. With his popularity in the UK reaching fever pitch off the back of his latest track ‘Ruffneck’, Skrillex will take a private jet from Vienna to play an exclusive set at UKF Bass Culture. This is going to be VERY special indeed.

Joining Skrillex in the UKF Main Arena will be Camo and Krooked, fresh from headlining Hospital Records September bash at O2 Academy Brixton. They will be joined by the first lady of UK hip hop, Ms Dynamite in a massive homecoming performance. Signed to Chase & Status’ MTA Records, 16Bit will also DJ in the Main Arena playing the kind of heavy dubstep that has helped them become such revered names in the scene. The room will also play host to a very special live performance from Ayah Marar, who will showcase the sounds of her debut album ‘The Real.’

Union host our colossal 2nd arena, coming off the back of hosting stages this summer at Global Gathering and South West Four. Union themselves will be on hand to DJ, alongside many other heavy hitters. Drum and Bass superstar and Shogun Audio head honcho Friction will also be at hand, alongside Shy FX’s explosive Digital Soundboy Soundsystem, consisting of Breakage, B.Traits, Donaeo, Youngman, Stamina MC and Shy himself. Completing the Union arena lineup will be one of the most exciting female artists to emerge from the UK in years, the magnificent Yasmin.

In Arena 3 UKF Bass Culture presents a soundclash like no other as Drum & Bass Arena and the dubstep sounds of Get Darker go head-to-head, bringing with them the finest names from the underground. Exclusive back-to-back sets will come courtesy of S.P.Y and Total Science, Youngsta and Kryptic Minds, Dbridge and Rockwell, Distance and Tunnidge, Cyrus and Darkside, with Alix Perez and Icicle plus Mc's Crazy D, Sp and Lx One completing the room’s lineup.
