Glade Art Competition

Glade Festival is inviting one artist or an art collective to attend the festival over the weekend of the 14th-17th June, 2012 to create live art

Glade is the festival of choice for serious electronic music lovers held in the glorious English countryside surrounds of Houghton Hall in Norfolk. This years headliners include Rusko, Sven Vath, Andy C, Jimmy Edgar, Max Cooper and Mosca.

Glade Festival is inviting one artist or an art collective to attend the festival over the weekend of the 14th-17th June, 2012 to create live art. Glade will provide a 16ft by 8ft primed wall which will act as the canvas for the weekend ensuring the final piece is seen by 10,000 'Gladers' attending the festival.

Artists must submit a JPEG file showcasing the artwork that they plan to produce. The judges are looking for original, iconic, clean line submissions which show legs to evolve over the weekend. Inclusion of both music and performance, as part of the submission, will naturally add to the entertainment of a live show. Artists are encouraged to outline any extra additions they plan to bring them to the table.
