We are the Ocean confirmed to headline Redfest

We Are the Ocean will headline this years Redfest festival on Friday July 22nd with new artist Ed Sheeran playing Saturday.

5 piece post Hardcore band We Are the Ocean will play the main stage at this years Redfest festival taking place on Robins Cook Farm, Redhill from the 22nd to 23rd of July.

The release of the bands second album 'What It Feels Like' hit the airwaves not so long ago and has had great reviews including Zane Lowe picking a track from it as his single of the week on last months show.

Other acts confirmed for this years Redfest is acoustic sensation Ed Sheeran, Modestep, Futures, The Qemists and more.

The annual summer weekend event will feature a main stage and a stage for introducing new and emerging bands and performers, as well as a dance tent.

Now into its fifth year, Redfest has cemented its reputation for championing new and emerging bands, solo artists and deejays, giving them a professional stage on which to air their music.

Last year Redfest drew more than 2,000 people to Robins Cook Farm, and according to Mr Nicholls, it was the “best by a long way.”
