Get ready for the 3rd Apple Tarts Festival Tarts Republic vote on the 2012 Tarts National Anthem.

In what was the closest Tarts Republic Vote yet, Apple Tarts festival-goers had to decide between Dancing In The Dark, Let’s Go Crazy, We Found Love and The Sexiest Man In Jamaica as the 2012 Tarts National Anthem.

We don’t know who was voting for The Sexiest Man… but until the last day it was just in the lead.  Fortunately, there was a final push for Springsteen, thus we are more than delighted (and a little relieved) to announce Dancing In The Dark as the winner.    We are expecting a seriously emotional rendition of it in The Big Apple!
