S Club to Bring Their Party to Jack up the 80s

International-selling pop group S Club have been announced as the latest act to join the Jack Up The 80s party, taking place on12th and 13th August.

Everyone knows there ain’t no party like an S Club party, so who better to capture the party spirit of the 80s than one of the UK’s best-loved pop acts?

Original members Jo, Bradley and Tina will be performing all their hits, including the Number 1’s Bring It All Back, Never Had A Dream Come True, Don’t Stop Movin’ and Have You Ever, as well as Reach and S Club Party on Sunday 13th August.

Known worldwide for their feel-good music and party vibes, S Club have recorded over 10 million album sales and won 2 BRIT Awards and will now take to the stage at Smallbrook Stadium, treating Jack Up The 80s fans to what is expected to be just one of the many highlight performances of the weekend.

Organisers said: “They’ve travelled all over the world but have never come to the Isle of Wight. S Club will bring their unique brand of Summer family party fun to Jack Up The 80s this August.”

Jack Up The 80s is a two-day retro pop festival in its fifth year and provides a family weekend of musical entertainment from household chart names, food, attractions, kids arts and crafts and stalls.

The event is fast making a name for itself as the most fun festival on the South Coast.

It offers an unbeatable atmosphere and is completely safe, inclusive and affordable for all. In excess of £20,000 has been raised in the past 2 years for local charities and good causes.

Other confirmed artists include Aussie heart-throb Jason Donovan, Soul sensation Alexander O’Neal, super talented singer songwriter Nik Kershaw as well as 1981 Eurovision winners Bucks Fizz, Right Said Fred, From The Jam and The Real Thing with yet more names still to be announced.

The event will be at its new easy-to-get-to location Smallbrook Stadium in Ryde. Also new for 2017 a Friday Night Opening Party hosted by Wave 105’s Steve Power and Number One Abba tribute band Abba Chique, with tickets priced at just £10 for the evening it’s the ideal extension to what’s gearing up to be the most memorable weekend of the Summer season.
